We understand that having someone in your home can be stressful. We strive to be a low-stress presence by working quietly and staying focused on the job. If you prefer to not have a conversation - no problem! If you want to get to know us or our business by asking us questions or watching us while we work - no problem! We let you set the pace of interaction.

We also know that your house is your personal territory. We don’t snoop, or touch things we don’t need to (sometimes we need to move furniture or items to reach a window properly, however). Whenever we step foot on your property, our main goal is to make sure you’re taken care of.

When it comes to windows, we’ve seen a lot! We do our best to bring our experience to every job and share our knowledge to help you in any way we can.

Once we’re done working, we will let you know if we noticed anything. Maybe we saw one of your windows has a broken seal, or manufacturing defect, or hard water stains, or that hornet’s nest that growing behind one of your shutters. Whatever the situation, we want to help you be aware of what’s happening on your property.

We aren’t perfect, and sometimes we make mistakes. There are times when we’ve scratched glass, torn screens, or popped a sliding door out of place.

However, we own up to our mistakes. If we damage any of your property, we will work to make it right and see that you’re taken care of if something goes wrong.

Window cleaning companies have become very risk-averse. In our experience, that often means limiting the types of tools that window cleaning technicians can use at a given job unless clients sign damage waivers. This often results in sub-par work.

Rather than limit what tools we use, we make sure our techs are equipped with proper training to know how to work safely to achieve great results at every job!
